Mr. JEE TZIN KIT, Senior Advisor for Professional Resources Group. He held Bachelor of Commerce, University of  Canterbury, New Zealand. 5 years working experience in accounting firms in New Zealand; over 30 years working    experience in banks in Malaysia and Cambodia. Wide banking experience in branching banking; Credit Appraisal /evaluation; Money Market, Foreign Exchange & Treasury products; International Trade; Insurance, Unit Trust & Financial Planning; training on banking products & services, team building/ performance improvements/ motivation.




Ms. Laura Cho, consultancy and career coach of Professional Resources Group for Cambodia Market. She is a passionate, seasoned and business-oriented Human Resources professional with over a decade with international experience in delivering business results via building sustainable organization capability in different industries, geographies and cultures. She has worked in multinational companies with experiences working for Southeast Asia 12 countries at Jardine Schindler Group, DKSH and AA Corporation. She has extensive experiences in Talent Management, Talent Attraction, Organization Development, Learning & Development running Leadership courses and Apprenticeship programs. She is also a public speaker sharing HR topics at various stages in Hong Kong and Myanmar and career knowledge at Universities, Colleges, Radio shows, online platforms, journals and public seminars.

She is a Founder at Laura Cho Intl. ( developing millennial talents to build a successful career by unleashing their full potential with her HR expertise. She is also keen on investing her time to share on HR topics speaking at conferences and seminars both in Hong Kong and Myanmar.

Mr. CHUN BORA is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Resources Group. More than 12 years experience Human Resources & General Administration/ Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Management with International Airport Industry (Cambodia Airports), Cambodia Mine Actions Centre (CMAC), International Construction (Schindler Group) and Int' Retails/ F&B (Starbucks) with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources industry. Expertise in Strategic Planning & Implementation by developing strategic and operational plans, Operation Management & Business Partnerships, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Staffing & Total Pay, Talent Management, HR Consulting, Deferred Compensation, Talent attraction and employer branding, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations. Strong human resources professional with 2 Master Degree of Business Management and International Relations, plus 2 B.A Degree from International University of Cambodia, and others oversea training from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Burma, Hong Kong & Macau, Australia and Japan. He is founder of ASC Community to support social community, support undergradudated and fresh graduated student for the career and scholarship.

Mr. LIHONG PAO is co-founder and Managing Director of Professional Resources Group. He exceeds 6 years of executive level experience in term of guiding middle-line and front-line levels of management and staff regarding Human Resources experiences. He has worked in a variety of industries to help with workforce productivities of the workplace in geographically dispersed locations. Mr. Lihong focuses on HR functions in varieties including employee relations, performance management, organizational development, team effectiveness, executive coaching, training and development, recruiting, soft-skills at workplace and conflict management strategies such as mediation and negotiation. He educated with two Bachelor Degree of Arts from International Foreign Language, Royal University of Phnom Penh, and Degree of International Relations from Asia Euro University of Phnom Penh. Besides local educations, he went abroad for Buesiness Development and Talent Mangement from Indonesia and Malaysia.

Ms. NHEL PHEARY is co-founder and Chief Business Compliance of Professional Resources Group to working as professional consulting for first setup of company to applied business compliance. Previously, Ms. Pheary was a Senior Chief of Human Resources and Administration Officer (CHO) of Aeon Specialized Bank (Cambodia) for 7 years and She spent more than two years as an Administration and Compliance specialist with Coffee Concept (Cambodia). She is responsible for developing and identifying the business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects as well as evaluating the current performance of the business and find ways to help the business reach its full potential. She graduated bachelor degree of Law administration at Royal University of Law and Economics since 2013.

Mr. SOPHALLA KHAN as people called Mr. Pich is a Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Professional Resources Group. Mr. Pich is the former Head Infrastructure of Funan Microfinance (Cambodia) Plc and He was a Chief IT & Operation (CIO) of Aeon Specialized Bank (Cambodia)Plc in 8 years of experience with IT business environment. He had been involved in the digital business development to setup business with IT Strategy, Project Management, Lead team set target and achieved target by Coach and training, set IT & Operation Strategic Planning, IT Security Policy and Procedure to Create and Implement IT Security Policy, Auditing Policy, Data Prevention Policy System Procedure, Operation flow and System flow. He was graduated bachelor degree of Information Technology at University of Puthisastra since 2013.

MR. SOROMNEA SOK, Talent & Acquisition Manager at Professional Resources Group (PRG), who are responsible for develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans strategies, execute selection processes through conduct interview and screening candidate, and conduct development program to employees. For his experience background, Soromnea had experience with recruitment and payroll at international Industries of Jardine Schindler Cambodia, so based on his skill we are ensure that he will be able to recruit the keys success candidate to achieve the goal of company. Another hand, he also have a strong compassion to success his strategy. And currently he handles HRBP at Lucky DFI. He graduated two Bachelor Degrees of Banking and Finance at Norton University and International Relation at Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
